My first Sushi making attempt

I know I'm very late in trying this - but I always assume that sushi ingredients and mat are too expensive to try on... until the day I saw the sushi mat is only been sold at 30pence (I was like What?! So cheap... but its price increases to £1.59 the following week). We bought everything needed and start making it straightaway back home.

Sushi nori £1.59, sushi mat £0.30, wasabi £0.99, sushi rice £1.59 (I return this as Thai Jasmine rice is good enough already), rice vinegar 150ml £1.59
